P.J. Baldwin

P.J. Baldwin 91 of Spavinaw passed away Saturday March 31, 2018 at his home. He was born on July 2, 1926 the son of William and Minnie (Cruise) Baldwin, in Spavinaw, Oklahoma. He worked as a carpenter and millwright in construction for many years. He was a member of the Carpenters Local #943 for over 40 years. PJ was an Honorary Life Member of the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association.
PJ enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting. He enjoyed watching OU Football. PJ loved his family and all the family gatherings he was able to spend with them. He will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral and Cremation Service.

Survivors include his son; Bill Baldwin and his wife Patty Jean of Spavinaw, his daughter Billy Jean and her husband Richard Hawkins of Joplin, Missouri; 4 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; brothers, Matty Goodell and Archie Goodell; sisters, Myrtle Goodell and Willie Smith; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva in 2010; a daughter, Cecelia Ann Baldwin-King; brothers, George, Earl and Dewey Baldwin.
