Rita Knight

Rita Darlene (Bell) Knight, 64, of Pryor, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on December 28, 1949 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma; the daughter of John and Vera Bell. She grew up in the Pryor area and attended Pryor schools. She worked at Pryor lumber for 16 years. Rita enjoyed working crossword puzzles. She was also a fan of Nascar and OU football. Rita enjoyed being surrounded by those who meant the most to her and was a friend to many. She would go out of her way to help someone in need. Rita will be remembered by all the wonderful memories she leaves behind and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in the Extreme Church in Pryor, Oklahoma with Reverend Ronnie Gaines officiating. Rita is survived by her son, Bryan Johnson, of Pryor; her brother, Phil and wife Jean Bell of Pryor; nephew, Brent Bell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Caleb, Christian, Chase and Lukas all of Pryor; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Vera Bell.
