Robert Dale Neel, 100, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2009 in Pryor, Oklahoma. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Pryor. Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service.
