Roberta Williams

Roberta "Bertie" Williams, 56, of Pryor, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at her home. She was born on September 27, 1961 in Boatman, Oklahoma; the daughter of Robert and Freida (Cottrell) Sears. Bertie married Bill Williams on June 17, 1995 in Erwin, Tennessee. She worked at Orchids in Pryor as a machine operator for over 30 years. Bertie enjoyed crafts; especially jewelry making, painting, and coloring. She loved to spend time with her family and cherished each moment she had with them.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2017 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Jarboe officiating. Interment will be in the Boatman Cemetery with Ben Garrett, Trey Basks, Andrew Kohler, Wes Schaumburg, Joe Ishmael and Tre Glass serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers are Johnathan Brown, Carl Harris, Hank Williams, Jr., Steven Schaumburg, Raymond Harris and Kenny King. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., December 27, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Bill Williams of the home; brothers, Raymond Harris and wife, Grace of Rose, OK, Carl Harris of Pryor, OK and David Harris of Boatman, OK; sister, Geraldine Harris of Claremore, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Freida Sears and one sister, Wanda Harris.
