Ronnie Eugene Mendinghall Jr., a loving husband, dedicated father, and brother has sadly passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 42 in Pryor, Oklahoma. Born on June 10, 1981, in Sulphur, Oklahoma, Ronnie brought joy and laughter to the lives of those around him.
Ronnie was known for his lively and entertaining personality. He had an incredible sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest of days. His quick wit and infectious laughter were always accompanied by a warm smile that could light up a room. He had an amazing ability to connect with people and was renowned for his chatty nature. Ronnie genuinely enjoyed striking up conversations with everyone he met. As a devoted family man, Ronnie cherished spending quality time with his loved ones. One of his favorite traditions was the annual camping trips he embarked on with his girls. These outings were filled with laughter, exploration of nature's wonders, and the creation of unforgettable memories. Ronnie's love for the outdoors extended beyond camping; he also took pleasure in bonfires as they provided a space for friends and family to gather around and share stories late into the night. He enjoyed chopping wood for the bonfires he held and would spend time throwing axes in his backyard. Ronnie's dedication to helping others was truly commendable. He had an innate desire to lend a helping hand whenever someone was in need. Whether it was offering guidance or being a shoulder to lean on during challenging times, Ronnie's caring nature shone through without hesitation. A loving and devoted husband, Ronnie always prioritized his family above all else. His unwavering support and presence created a secure and nurturing home environment for his wife and children. Away from work, Ronnie thoroughly enjoyed being in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by the laughter and love of his family.
Throughout his career at Berry Global, Ronnie's hard work and exemplary leadership skills led to his recent promotion as Assistant Supervisor. His colleagues admired him for his intelligence, dedication, and the positive impact he made within the workplace. Ronnie's ability to bring people together and foster a sense of camaraderie created an environment where everyone felt valued. Ronnie Eugene Mendinghall Jr., leaves behind beautiful memories that will be cherished forever. His loving spirit, contagious laughter, and immense capacity for connecting with others have made a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered as a pillar of strength, a source of endless joy, and a true friend.
Left behind to honor Ronnie’s Legacy are his wife, Kimberli Mendinghall; daughters, Deziray Howard, Kassandra Millin, Karen Peters, Izabell Mendinghall, Cydney Mendinghall, and Abbigail Mendinghall; mother, Diana Cain; brothers, Jeremy Cain, Alex Cain, Tristan Cain, Ryan Cain, and Chad Lawson; and sister, Savannah Cain. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Helena Kay Cain, and father-in-law, James Millin.
A Memorial Service honoring Ronnie's life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel in Pryor, Oklahoma.
