Rosella Bridge

Rosella Mae Bridge, age 86, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2019 at the Parkhill Nursing Home in Salina. She was born March 6, 1933 in Salina, Oklahoma. She’s the daughter of Ned and Rachel Hosey Bridge. She proceeded in death by her parents and her sister Nellie Francis Bridge. Rosella was a homemaker who enjoyed company with her family and friends, she loved to sew, jigsaw puzzles and she secretly loved playing dominoes and bingo too. She loved the Lord, Jesus the Messiah and was a member of Standing Rock Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 6, 2019 in the Standing Rock Baptist Church in Salina with Reverend Guy Soldier officiating. Burial will follow in the Grass Cemetery with Richard Littledave, Keith Wagnon, Kyle Wagnon, Kody Wagnon, Erik Wagnon, and Brandon Feeling serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearer will be Robert Dry. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 5, 2019 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel.
