Sandy Holeman

Sandy Louise Holeman, 70, of Adair, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 in Owasso, Oklahoma. She was born on July 29, 1949 in Pryor; the daughter of Allie and Willie Mae (Hair) Seaton. She married Gary Holeman on September 1, 1983 in Aurora, Missouri. Sandy worked most of her life in the nursing industry as a Registered Nurse. She had a heart for helping people and loved her nursing career. Sandy had many hobbies, such as, making jewelry, scrapbooking and watching Hallmark Christmas movies. She also loved carousels, trains, and animals of all kinds. Most of all, Sandy loved her family. She cherished each moment she had with them. Sandy was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother and a loyal friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dustin Evans and Pastor Ted Estes officiating. Sandy is survived by her husband, Gary Holeman of the home; son, Jonathan Holeman and wife Julie of Moore, Oklahoma; daughters, Allie Douglas and husband, Philip of Owasso, Oklahoma and Mandy Holeman of Hominy, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Allie and Willie Mae Seaton; and sister, Sue Treat.
