Shawn Holt

Shawn Douglas Holt, 47, of Locust Grove, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at his home. He was born on July 2, 1970 in Pryor, Oklahoma; the son of Ronald and Patricia (Griffin) Holt. He worked at Lowes and other various jobs around the area. Shawn loved the outdoors, especially when he was going hunting and fishing. He enjoyed his two dogs, Queenie and Jack. Shawn looked forward to spending time with his family and leaves behind many memories for them to remember.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Derek Bolin officiating. Shawn is survived by his mother, Patricia Holt of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; brother, Otis Holt and wife Michelle of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; special friend, Leonda Adams of Peggs, Oklahoma; niece, Amelia Holt of Claremore, Oklahoma; nephews, Dee Holt of Locust Grove, Oklahoma and Leo Holt of Claremore, Oklahoma; uncle, Duke Griffin of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Holt.
