Sherrie Martin

Sherrie Sue Martin, 67 of Adair, was born on March 16, 1950 in Pryor, Oklahoma, daughter of Jimmy G Moore and Arlys Newton. She married Don Martin on December 26, 1977 in Buffalo, Oklahoma. Sherrie loved her family and always put everyone's needs above her own. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She worked in the fitting room at Wal-Mart in Pryor for fourteen years. Sherrie also enjoyed crocheting. She will be missed and loved by all who knew and loved her

She is survived by her husband, Donald Martin of the home; sons, Jimmy Martin and wife Kristen of Claremore, Joseph Martin of Adair; daughter, Lisa Vivion and David of Pryor; 2 stepdaughters, Leslie Goforth of Locust Grove, Patsy Kenney and husband Mike of Adair; grandchildren, Jakob Martin, Adleigh Martin, Kyle Goforth, Mason Cooper, Mikala Keeney and Payton Keeney; 1 great grandchild, Annorah Compton. Sherrie was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Moore and Arlys (Newton) Gooding; 1 brother, Bryan Patterson and 1 sister, Diane Patterson.
