Shirley Smoke

Shirley Mae Smoke, 67, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in Pryor, Oklahoma. She was born on June 17, 1944 to Audie Eagle and Bertha Dennis. She married Luke Smoke Sr. on March 17, 1972 at Pryor Mission. She was a housewife and wonderful mother. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed family reunions. Shirley will be so dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Services for Shirley will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Shipman's Funeral Chapel with Reverend Junior Mullin officiating. Interment will be in the Ribbon Cemetery with Brandon Grass, Paul Thornton, Bruce Pickup, Kevin Smoke, Joseph Terhune and Raymond Terhune serving as casket bearers. She is survived by her son, Luke Smoke Jr. and wife, Shannon of Pryor, OK; her daughter, Diana and husband, Eddie Pickup of Salina, OK; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded by her husband, Luke Smoke Sr.; her son, David Leon Grass; daughters, Lynetta (Smoke) Bales and Janetta Smoke; her mother and father, Bertha Dennis and Audie Eagle.
