Thomas DuBois

Thomas Nelson DuBois was born on May 19, 1960 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He passed away on October 19, 2010 in Salina, Oklahoma, at the age of 50. The son of Charles Geraldine (Miller) DuBois, he had lived in Collinsville, Oklahoma since 1991, moving there from the Twin Oaks area. He married Delisa Rae Barker having two sons together, Jayce and Jesse. Tom later had son Joshua with girlfriend, Sonny Radcliff. Thomas was a welder by trade and was employed by Braden Steel of Tulsa. He was a Specialty welder most all of his life. He loved playing the guitar, music, literature and writing. He enjoyed painting and was also an artist. Thomas was also an amateur astronomer. He will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010 in the Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery in Spavinaw, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service of Pryor. Thomas leaves behind his 3-sons; Jayce Nelson DuBois Fiancé Alonna Sutton of Tulsa, OK, Jesse Elijah DuBois wife Sabrina of Claremore, OK, Joshua Thomas DuBois and his mother Sonny Radcliff of Sapulpa, OK; Tom's mother; Geraldine (Miller) DuBois of Spavinaw, OK; 1 granddaughter; Raylin Maureen Dubois; 3 brothers; Charles Daniel DuBois wife Judy of Spavinaw, OK, Douglas Gene DuBois wife Diana of Langley, OK, Gregory Steven DuBois of Salina, OK. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Delisa Rae Barker in 2004, and his father Charles DuBois in 2009.
