Tina Handlon

Tina Marie Handlon, 83, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2011 at her home in Pryor. She was born on October 22, 1927 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Tony Macco and Grace (Monico) Macco. She was a wonderful seamstress and worked for herself in that trade. She married Jim Handlon in Oakland, California on December 17, 1951. She was a member of C.A.R.D. Tina was a member of the Southside Christian Church in Pryor. She had moved from Union City, California over 23 years ago, making Pryor her home since that time. She will be remembered in all the wonderful memories she leaves to those she loved and those who loved her. No services are planned at this time. Cremation Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral Cremation Service. She is survived by her daughter, Charene Dorene Purtle and husband, Jack of Pryor, OK; sister, Marie Wimmermark; three grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Frances Macco; daughter, Terri Joanne Purtle; brothers, Yhanno Macco and Louie Macco; sister, Ann Pacheco.
