Tommy Neal Strickland, 77, of Adair, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018 in Adair. He was born on May 25, 1941 in Lawton, Oklahoma; Raymond Neal Strickland and Carlene Ruby Johnson. Tommy worked meat cutter for many years at Harps Food Store in Locust Grove. Tommy was also a mechanic and liked to work on cars. He also looked forward to spending time outdoors, going hunting and fishing. Above all, he loved his family, his children and grandchildren, were his passion and he cherished each moment he had with them. Tommy leaves behind many memories and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Tommy is survived by his son, Aaron Strickland and wife Chelsy of Adair, Oklahoma; daughter, Sherri Waldron and husband Dave of Marriotsville, Maryland; brother, Bill Strickland and wife Kathy of Weatherford, Texas; sisters, Rayna Haught and husband Gary of Weatherford, Texas, Merle Elaine Hill and husband Tony of Ft. Worth, Texas, Kimberly Laws of Weatherford, Texas, and Candi Villaphone and husband Angalo of Houston, Texas; 2 grandchildren, Candice Caldwell, Barbara Mohr, and Ben Waldron; 5 great grandchildren, Brady, Braxton, Kayetlynn, Maisey, and Teddy; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Carlene Strickland, daughter, Traci Hamilton, and brother in law, Tony.
