Vicki Lyn Rice, 67, of Salina, Oklahoma, passed this life on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on April 29, 1955, in Miami, Oklahoma, the daughter of Murl Rice and Vivian Laverne (Knight) Rice. Vicki worked as a Medical Technologist for the Muskogee Regional Medical Center for many years. She enjoyed so many things in her spare time, reading, sewing, embroidery and working in her yard. She especially enjoyed visiting with everyone and family gatherings. She was a member of the Church of God (Holiness) in Salina, Oklahoma. Vicki loved her Lord and leaves many wonderful memories for her family to cherish.
Funeral Services for Vicki will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the First Church of God in Pryor, Oklahoma with Pastor Nathan Teed officiating. Interment will be in the Ross-Mayes Cemetery in Salina, Oklahoma with Joe Michael Faircloth, Stephen Faircloth, Andrew Rice, Eli Rice, Ean Rice and Noah Jacobs serving as casket bearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2022, at Shipman’s Funeral Home in Pryor. Vicki is survived by her sisters, Patricia Faircloth and husband Joe of Pryor and Susan Rice of Pryor, Oklahoma; brother, Randall Rice and wife Regina of Columbia, Missouri; sister in law, Marjorie Rice of Claremore, Oklahoma; stepmother, Ruby Rice of Lowry City, Missouri; nephews, Joe Michael Faircloth and wife Kali of Skiatook, Stephen Faircloth of Pryor, Oklahoma, Andrew Rice of Claremore, Oklahoma, Eli Rice of Lenexa, Kansas, and Ean Rice of Columbia, Missouri; great nephews and niece, Asher Rice of Claremore, Oklahoma, Baker Faircloth, Maisie Faircloth, and Jase Faircloth all of Skiatook, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Murl and Laverne Rice and brothers, Michael and David Rice.
