Vivien Leigh Weeks, 64, of Adair, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 24, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on October 24, 1947, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Howard Gooch and Geraldine (Burnett) Gooch. She retired in 2001 from the Haskell Public Schools, serving as Principal there. She had spent her life as an Educator. Vivien was a Mary Kay Consultant, enjoying helping others be their best. She enjoyed shopping, especially bargain hunting. Vivien loved to travel and enjoyed any kind of adventure, including scuba diving. She enjoyed cooking and sewing for everyone. Vivien and Hutchie moved from Haskell in 2001 to retire at the lake. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be remembered in every memory until we meet again. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Adair United Methodist Church in Adair, Oklahoma with Dr. Dwyane Connor officiating. She is survived by her husband, Hutchie of the home; her children, Stephen Weeks of Haskell, OK and Angela and husband, Gary Kirk of Broken Arrow, OK; her sisters, Shirley and husband, Aaron Curry of Muskogee, OK and Jerry and husband, Ron Landy of South Lake, TX; her six grandchildren, Brandy Weeks, Cassandra Weeks, Casey Booth, Lauren Booth, Sara Kirk, Rachel Kirk; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Geraldine Gooch; one son, Jason Weeks.
