Walter William Holler, Sr.

Walter William Holler Sr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away on May 15th, 2023 in Salina, Oklahoma. He was born on June 27th, 1940, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Walter was a man of great character and integrity and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Walter was a leadman at Goldbond Paper Mill for many years and took much pride in his work. However, his dedication to serving his country is what he was most proud of. After graduating high school, Walter joined the United States Navy where he courageously served our country with honor and distinction.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lillie Holler of the home; daughter Renea Batchelor from Fayetteville, North Carolina; grandson Dustin Holler; granddaughters, Christina Simon and Macy Christopher; sisters Joann and Coleen; He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Virgie (Smith) Holler; son, Walter William Holler Jr.; brother, Sonny Holler; and sister, Shirley.

Walter's passing has left a deep void in the hearts of everyone who knew him. He lived his life to the fullest extent possible and touched countless lives through his generosity and kind spirit. Though he will be greatly missed, we take solace in knowing that he has found eternal rest.
