Wilmond “Wally” Wallace LeFlore, Jr., 57, of Salina, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 20, 1963 in Claremore, Oklahoma; the son of Wilmond LeFlore, Sr., and Willeen (Boney) LeFlore. He worked various jobs throughout his life, he spent the last 20 years working for Cobb – Vantress as a laborer. In Wally’s younger years, he attended and was baptized in the Mount Calvary Baptist Church. He married Terri Bird on July 4, 2004 in Miami, Oklahoma. He loved spending time outdoors, especially when he was able to go fishing and camping. Wally enjoyed spending time working on his vehicles, especially his motorcycle. He was a bigfoot enthusiast and loved going to different places that had bigfoot memorabilia and festivals. Wally also enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a wonderful husband and friend who leaves behind many memories for his family to remember.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel with James Leach officiating. Burial will follow in Euwasha Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 17, 2021 in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel. Wally is survived by his wife, Terri LeFlore and dog Dozer of the home; daughter, Tierrah Bird of Westville, Oklahoma; uncle, Lloyd Boney and wife Dorothy of Salina, Oklahoma; mother-in-law, Mary Bird; brother-in-law, Richard Bird; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilmond, Sr., and Willeen LeFlore; brother, Mark LeFlore; and several uncles.
